Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Marketing Designer at Black Belt Global. The Marketing/Brand Designer will assist in creating visually compelling designs that align with the branding and marketing strategies of the company. Responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print media, contributing to branding campaigns, assisting in web design projects, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive visual concepts. The role will require creative problem-solving and attention to detail to produce engaging and impactful designs.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Branding, Print and Marketing to create cohesive and impactful designs.
Proficiency in Graphic Design (2d & 3d) with strong skills in creating compelling visual graphics.
Knowledge and experience in Gen AI to contribute to the development of digital assets.
Creativity and attention to detail, along with a keen sense of design trends.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw, Canva, Blender or other 3d tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate design concepts effectively.
Prior experience in a similar role or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is preferred.
